2. Subscription Plans & Billing
Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis.
Annual subscriptions receive a 20% discount.
All annual subscriptions are prepaid in full.
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled prior to the next billing cycle.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate billing information.
3. No Refund Policy (Annual Plans)
Due to the discounted pricing structure:
Annual subscription payments are final.
No refunds, partial refunds, or credits will be issued for unused time.
Downgrades during an active annual term do not result in refunds.
By selecting an annual plan, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activity under your account
Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
The Client Collective is not liable for misuse of the platform by users.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the platform for unlawful purposes
Send spam or unauthorized communications
Violate intellectual property rights
Attempt to disrupt or damage the system
Violation may result in suspension or termination of service.
6. Limitation of Liability
The Client Collective provides services “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Client Collective shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.
Users may cancel monthly subscriptions at any time. Annual subscriptions remain active through the prepaid term.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
